# Fida

FIDA is the web3 loyalty search engine.

Customers can earn and spend $FIDA tokens through Fida's partner suppliers. 

The first product customers can earn or spend tokens on is tickets for events and activities. 

There are over 10,000 events and activities in over 50 countries and 300 cities. 

There will be other partners where customers can earn $FIDA tokens through their online purchases. 


# How Token Issuance Works

Consumers search for goods or services through Fida and decide if they want to earn tokens on their purchase or spend tokens on the product they want to buy. 

If the customer chooses to earn tokens, upon completion of their purchase they receive an email with details of token allocation and wallet creation which has already happened in the background.

Consumer clicks on email taking them to their digital wallet that has been activated with tokens stored there.


# How Token Redemption Works

Consumers search for goods or services through Fida and decide if they want to earn tokens on their purchase or spend tokens on the product they want to buy. 

If the customer chooses to use tokens to make a purchase, on the checkout page they choose "Pay with Fida".

Their Fida tokens will convert to USDC and Fida will then charge a VCC (Virtual Corporate Card) for their purchase. 

This means that the merchant gets paid in Fiat and in full when a customer wants to use tokens to purchase tickets. 


# $FIDA Token

**FIDA TOKEN ISSUANCE SCHEDULE**

1bn Fida tokens will be issued in total. 

There will be 2 investment tranches. 

Seed Round - Equity and token round. 3 month cliff with linear vesting over 33 months. 

Pre-Series A - Token only round. 3 month cliff with linear vesting over 33 months. 

Series A - Token only round. 3 month cliff with linear vesting over 33 months. 

Public sale (No US Retail) - 10% at TGE and then linear vesting over 12 months. 

Team - 6 month cliff and then linear vesting over 42 months

Consumer Purchases - 100% TGE. Consumers can use tokens as soon as earned from purchases. 

Partner Entities - 6 month cliff and then linear vesting over 42 months

Liquidity - 20% TGE and then linear vesting over 36 months<br>

Brands will be able to use the Fida API so their customers can use their tokens to pay for goods and services.&#x20;

The goods and services connected to the Fida API will also be available in the Fida search engine.&#x20;
